Semi Automatic Palletiser

JPH Enterprises Pty Ltd have manufactured a few of these units, as it has become a cost effective way of packaging plastic Bottles. Pallets are placed in the front of the machine. The Unit then raises the pallets where the Unit automatically places a Layer Pad onto the pallet and then the a layer of bottles is slid onto the pallet. The Unit then lowers the pallet where another Layer Pad is placed followed by another layer of bottles until complete. Once completed the doors open allowing the full pallet to be removed.
