Bag and Seal Machine

The Bag & Seal Machine is a semi automated machine, and as the name implies it bags and seals Wood Chips etc. The machine is loaded from the top with the customers material. A conveyor belt inside and the bottom of the unit, which is foot operated/controlled, propels the material toward a shute which is contained in a box at the end of the machine and is output is controlled by a “jaw” system. The jaw is also operated via foot controls and works in conjunction with the conveyor being operated. A bag is put around the jaws and is held open when the foot pedal is pressed. Once there is enough material in the bag the pedal is released, the jaws close and the conveyor stops. The bag is then rolled over to the sealing unit which is attached to the machine via a small roller conveyor table and then sealed.
