Automatic Palletiser Machine

JPH Enterprises Pty Ltd has built a complete fully automated Palletiser Machine. Starting with the Customer’s ideas and request of providing an automated bottle packing machine which would allow a pallet to be individually dispensed and automatically loaded and then the load strapped.

Floor Grinder Attatchment

JPH Enterprises Pty Ltd was engaged to manufacture an attachment for a bobcat, which when attached with the 3 grinding attachments would be able to grind large concrete floor surfaces such as factory floors. Such a challenge was easily completed much to the Customer’s satisfaction.

Bag and Seal Machine

The Bag & Seal Machine is a semi automated machine, and as the name implies it bags and seals Wood Chips etc. The machine is loaded from the top with the customers material.

JPH Enterprises Pty Ltd started 1993. The initial business started as a mobile maintenance service for factory machinery and equipment, mainly in the Plastics Industry. Today we service several other industries for the Australian and Overseas Market.

As our Customers got to know us and our knowledge of their special needs they found we were also capable of building specialised machinery and equipment not readily available on the market.

Eventually we moved to bigger premises to cater for this diversification. We are now working out of our well equipped workshop and utilise the latest Engineering technology in our Projects such as CNC Machining and Laser Cutting for the manufacturing of equipment.

We have built up quite a number of suppliers over the years and have become adept at finding unique parts for the industry at the best prices, items such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and general engineering products.

Within the Plastic Industry we specialise in Extrusion, Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding.

We have also manufactured specialised machinery for Manchester, Timber, Pet Food, Packaging, and Screenprinting Industries etc.
